The Pontis-Haus is located near the center of Munich and offers numerous tenants attractive offices with 18,000 m2 of rental space. We are planning a correspondingly representative, stylish entrance area to match. High-quality natural materials will be used: The wooden slats of the wall elements merge with LED strips to form lighting fixtures. Onyx marble and brown leather harmonize in tables and sofas. Pendant lights float on several levels and accentuate the high ceiling. The concept is rounded off by natural motifs, the proportions of which pick up on the height of the room.
