Einmal Makeover, bitte: In der Prager Straße, gut situiert zwischen Donau und Shopping Center Nord, planen wir eine komplette Gebäudesanierung. Alle Wohnungen werden dafür grunderneuert, zusätzlich wird eine Aufzugsanlage eingebaut. Neben einem Atelier im Hof entsteht zusätzlich neuer Wohnraum im geplanten Dachausbau. Im Innenhof wird die Fassade komplett erneuert und modernisiert, straßenseitig bleibt der Gründerzeit Charakter erhalten.
