Mediterranes Flair wird durch mehrere Terrassen und Höfe vermittelt – über jedes Zimmer gelangt man ins Freie, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Hof. Ideal um den Tag im zweiten Hof links zu starten und im dritten Hof rechts ausklingen zu lassen. Auch der großzügig angelegte Wohnraum setzt dieses befreite Wohngefühl weiter perfekt um: Mit 70 m2 Nutzfläche und 4,2 m Raumhöhe mit Oberlichtband wird es angenehm luftig – ein Gefühl fast wie im Freien.

Breathing dreams like air (F. Scott Fitzgerald)! In the picturesque village of Schattendorf, we were allowed to plan and create a charming courtyard house. Mediterranean flair is conveyed by several terraces and courtyards – every room has access to the outdoors, every room has a courtyard. Ideal for starting the day in the second courtyard on the left and ending it in the third courtyard on the right. The generously proportioned living room also helps to perfectly implement this liberated living feeling: with 70 sqm of usable space and 4.2 m of room height with a skylight, it becomes pleasantly airy – a feeling almost like being outdoors.
